Belielf in Yourself Is Always the Key: How Do You Find Yourself Valuable in a Forbes-500 Company?
Why does financial industry need people with a computer science background? I got this question from people surrounding me all the time, ever since I decided to intern at Bank of America for the past summer. Throughout my experience with the bank, I understood the relationship between the technology department and customers; I built a professional relationship with my coworkers; and, the most important part, I fit myself into a company with more than 200,000 employees. During my panel, I will not only talk about the technical skills I learned but focus more on what I took away from my experience with the bank in order to build my further life goals.
